After approval of General Power of Attorney, Rs.40,000 are to be submitted as fee for transfer in the finance department.
Collect documents set from the finance department.
Application for statement of dues and NDC:
Verified copy of allotment letter
Verified copy of CNICs of seller and purchaser
Original GPA along with CNIC of both the person authorizing GPA and GPA holder
Finance desk intimates the dues within a couple of hours
After payment of all dues, the No Demand Certificate (NDC) is issued.
After obtaining NDC, the following set of documents are to be submitted to the legal desk.

Original allotment letter and allocation letter

Contract that is agreed upon to sell the piece of property on stamp paper for Rs. 1200 in case of provincial, and Rs.100 in case of capital territory, duly verified by DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi.
Application submitted for membership by the buyer:
Two passport size photographs of the buyer
Verified copy of CNICs of seller, buyer, next of kin, and witnesses
After verification of all the documents that are submitted, the legal desk will forward the documents to the transfer officer after fixing the time and number.
After the transfer procedure is completed, the buyer will receive his allotment letter on the specified date and time.
